Autocad drawings need to be edited

Third Edit: Guys what i want is this. I have edited the original drawings in photoshop and added the extra items and DB outlets see attached as fitted.PDF. I then want these items added to the original 12053-E200 - SMALL POWER.PDF. Which needs to be done in AUTOCAD and then i will export them into PDF so my client can then see all items in layers.

There are 5 files altogether that i need this done to. I have never used AUTOCAD in my life so i am finding it hard to explain what i want.

I have added all drawings and all the edited drawings that i have done are named xxxxxx.as fitted.PDF. The rest of the files are the ones that i was sent by my client.

As a side note the drawings need to ptint out into A1 so i can read the writing.
