All floor plans are to be scaled at 1:50 on A3 papers.
Deliverable: editable CAD (DWG or similar) plus print-ready PDFs
1) GA inc. Kitchen layout and bathroom layout
2) electrical and mechanical inc. floor finishes
3) pipe routing/plumbing
4) fire escape and evacuation plan;
5) proposed GA (the proposal will separate the open plan to a study, no changes in electrical, mechanical, piping works or furniture layout).
I have hand sketches for the 5 plans.
