Description
I’m looking for an architect to prepare architectural drawings for two floors of a residential building. If you are interested, I will share a detailed Design Brief and the CAD files.
Approximate total floor plate area (two levels combined): ~530 sqm (about 280 + 250 sqm).
Scope of work (summary):
- Produce an optimized CAD floor plans for two floors, strictly respecting the Design Brief.
- Propose a facade elevation concept for the whole building (simplified neo-classical style). Existing floor plans for other levels will be provided as reference for the facade work.
Key constraints:
- The Design Brief, CAD floors perimeters, and a building section will be provided and must be strictly respected (no perimeter changes).
- Clear compliance is required (unit mix, minimum areas, balcony rules, circulation/core constraints, etc. All detailed in the brief).
- Final deliverables must be provided in DWG (PDF export appreciated).
Please confirm your availability and your estimated turnaround time,
Thank you
Sam B.

Hi,
Thanks for sharing the details. I’d definitely be interested in this project. I’ve worked on residential layouts where the CAD perimeters and design constraints had to be followed strictly, so working within a fixed envelope while optimising the plans is something I’m comfortable with.
Preparing the two floor layouts and proposing a simplified neo-classical facade concept based on the provided references sounds clear. I can deliver the final drawings in DWG with PDF exports as well.
I’m available to start once I receive the Design Brief and files, and I can confirm the exact turnaround after reviewing them, but the scope you described looks very manageable.
Please feel free to invite me to the job so I can share relevant samples and proceed, thanks
