Architectural drawings for a kitchen & changing room for a pool

I am looking for drawings to be created for planning and building regulations for a rectangular structure that will house a kitchen / utility room, changing rooms (x2) showers (x2) and a space for the swimming pool heating and pump and other associated equipment. The size of the structure will be approximately 15m x 3m. I have attached a very rough sketch of the proposed pool house with the kitchen / utility outlined.
The pool house will be aluminium framed and designed by Others.
(Please note we do not need the design of the swimming pool or pool house, this will be provided by the manufacturer of the pool house).
