Architectural CAD Drawings (DWG + PDF) Based on Existing Sketches
https://we.tl/t-WjH3xvQogaP6ry4d
I am looking for an architectural technician or architect to convert my attached sketches into professional DWG and PDF drawings.
Important
The attached sketches are the design basis and must be followed as closely as possible. I am not looking for a redesign. Only changes required for Dutch regulations (Bbl 2026), fire safety or technical feasibility should be suggested.
Required Drawings
Site plan
Ground floor plan
First floor plan
Attic floor plan
Front elevation
Rear elevation
Left side elevation
Right side elevation
1 longitudinal section
1 cross section
Fire compartment drawing
Escape route drawing
Utility drawing (water, drainage and electricity)
Requirements
Please incorporate as much as possible:
Dutch Bbl 2026 requirements
Separate fire compartment per apartment
Rear escape route
Door openings preferably 110 cm
Daylight where possible
Ventilation considerations
Parking layout
New traffic circulation on site
Water, drainage and electricity indicated schematically
Available Information
Exact measurements are not available. Please work from:
Attached sketches
Known dimensions
Existing building proportions
Dutch building standards
Clearly indicate any assumptions made.
Deliverables
Editable DWG files
Scaled PDF drawings
Separate CAD layers for walls, doors, windows, utilities, fire compartments, escape routes and parking
The final drawings should be suitable as a professional preliminary design for discussions with the municipality, architect and future permit application.
