Architectural CAD Drawings

Hi,
I am looking for a talented CAD expert or technician or Architectural Designer, Architectural Student who is interested in flexible job. It will involve producing Full set of drawings from Hand drawn survey notes for planning applications for simple London houses. Work required (floor plans elevations and sections)
Please include in your response your estimated fees and required time, we will also require from you sample work which you have done in the past.
