Hi,

I require some floor plans drawing for a property I am working on;

I need the existing plans done and well as the proposed plans which include a small 3m rear extension. I do have some really poorly drawn designs that were done super quickly for me but I need some proper ones doing to proper UK standard.

The attached also shows a 3m extension, this extension is to be opened up on the main areas of the house and a steel picture section is needed to support the top of the house once the wall is removed.

I require building regulations drawings for the extension and details showing the moving of a drain.

It's not a complicated project at all compared to some of the things I have had done in the past.

If you are unable to do the structural steel calculations that's absolutely fine, please bid for the floor plans and the building regs part of the job.
