I urgently require an updated floor plan for UK bungalow. Please only respond if you can complete the initial turnaround within 24 hours, ideally sooner.
I have existing floor plans and elevations on paper and would like to add an extension and reconfigure the internal layout. The property is spacious and the proposed changes will involve substantial reworking of the interior arrangement to improve flow and functionality.
I am seeking an experienced architectural designer or architect who can:
1- Convert the current paper drawings into digital format
2- Produce revised floor plans reflecting the proposed extension and internal alterations
3- Familiarity with UK residential design and Building Regulations is essential.

File Requirements:
Final deliverables must include:
1- Editable DWG (AutoCAD) file
2- Scaled, high-resolution PDF set (existing and proposed plans with dimensions clearly shown)
These files will be passed to an interior designer, so accuracy and correct scaling are important.

Potential follow-up work for 3D renders if the initial work is completed promptly and to a high standard.
