Need a draft plan for annex. Outside measurements: width of garden 7500. Length of 6500.
At side boundary, (bedroom) (6500 x 3500)
and other side at boundary = 4500 x 4000 (sitting area / music area
'L' shape.
Frontage of bedroom = 3500. Going back 2000 to where 'L' starts.
Then across 'L' is 4000.
shower & wc. Entrance outside bedroom.
Maybe small kitchenette on 4000 front side.
Can anyone help?
