Amend existing CAD Planning Drawings

I need a CAD designer who can amend my existing planning drawings which need to be supplied in CAD and PDF.

I have four house types (one type identical, save for an additional window but with identical amends) and one further drawing to be created (creating a variation of an existing house type).

All to be provided in Colour in CAD format and as PDFs set to scale. Existing colour CAD provided.

I will provide CAD file for work done to date. PDF attached show output wanted.

The amendments are as follows:

Type A. –

Single change – reduce bathroom window width changing size to 750 x 1050. Width to be reduced by moving window reveal away from bedroom 1 partition.

Type B1 & B2 (Identical changes to both drawings)

1. Lounge French doors – increase side lights width to 450mm each side, leaving doors as 1800 wide. So overall door and sidelights are now 2700 x 2100. Change both rear elevation and plan.
2. Bathroom window change size to 1200 x 1050. Change to Front elevation and plan.
3. Correct dimension error on plan from 8193 to 8220.

Type C

Existing Drawing -
1. Move garage personnel door to rear of garage from current location on left hand side of garage – when looking from car garage door to the right-hand side. Change effects plan and rear elevation
2. Adjust roof light size to 1360 x 1178 leave central to hallway below. Change effects first floor plan and front elevation
3. Adjust bedroom 2 roof light size to 1360 x 1178. Place roof light so distance between internal outside wall and roof light is 1035mm. Change effects first floor plan and rear elevation
4. Bathroom and ensuite reduce roof light to single light 660 x 1178. Position ensuite 813mm from external wall and position bathroom 2545mm from ensuite roof light.
5. Rename drawing in label box as; “3 Bed Chalet Bungalow – House Type C1”

Produce new type C variation –
Copy amended Type C drawing –

1. Rename drawing in label box as; “3 Bed Chalet Bungalow – House Type C2”
2. Bedroom 2 roof lights alter height, so they are no longer above eye line and can be looked out of. This change affects first floor plan and rear elevation.
3. Omit section within top right hand corner showing roof lights above eye line
