Aerial 3D floorplan garden studio - Fast turnaround

We are in need of an aerial 3D floorplan for an open-plan garden studio 7.2m x 3.6m, 3.6m high to ridge, 2.4m high to eaves.

Turnaround time is priority on this, completed by close today would be great, or tomorrow morning at the latest. I will attach a basic floorplan for you to work off along with current image of the studio. Interior of the studio is to be white walls, oak floor, trims and furniture. Also attached is the desired style of aerial floorplan.
