Experience Level: Entry

Would like to convert the house into a 3 bed + 2 bath with the lounge and dining room and kitchen. With minimal breaking and structural changes.
Current layout is 2 beds, dressing room 2 bath, lounge and dining room plus kitchen.
Bottom line...we need to add one more bedroom with minimal structural changes i.e. cost effectively.
