3D sketch up model made of a shipping container conversion from photos

Design details: produce a 3d Model using photos and dimensions that i have of a 40ft shipping container and a deck area outside of this. the model doesn't require rendering, but i do require some items to be added into the model such as the landscape around the model and some materials that i have used to construct to this stage. Also i want to add some items that i will be using in the future.
Ideas for the visual style: 3d realistic, not rendered
