3D Mechanical design of electronic sensor component

This is small precision holder for a semiconductor sensor, fitted to a flexible PCB.
The sensor holder is part of a hand-held device which is used to scan magnetic patterns.
There is an existing design in solidworks and this can be used as a guide to help understand the requirement better.
There are then 2 new designs needed, for which we can provide a more detailed specification. This is the subject of this requirement.
The holders are 3D printed in nylon at the moment, which works well. They could also be CNC machined. Volume does not justify tooling at the moment.
