3d cad drawing for hobby project.

Hi, I am a hobbyist who is looking for someone to complete a 3d cad drawing of my project ready for 3d printing and CNC machining and would like to know if you are interested?
My project is a relatively simple enclosure with rear curved removable panel and a 3d printed sledge insert.
I have some drawings but am waiting for some parts for dimensions so am not quite ready yet.
I am not too sure how this works as this is my 1st project of this nature, if you are interested could you give me some instruction as to what you would need to complete this project, if i supply you with some 2d drawings with all dimensions would this be enough for you? Could you also give me a rough timescale you would need so I can factor in your fees.
