Job Title: Floorplan Designer

Description:

I'm looking for a designer to help create a detailed floorplan. I have an example of the style (see attached 'floorplan example') I need and an existing floorplan of the property (21 Barlby Road. Floorplan) which can be adapted, or you can create a new one using the existing plan for reference.

Requirements:

Add overall room measurements.
Add a garage to the right of the kitchen.
Update kitchen and bathroom fixtures.
Change fire doors to red.
Include other specific elements as discussed.
Skills Needed:

Experience in floorplan design or architectural drawing.
Familiarity with layout software
Attention to detail to match the example provided.
