2D construction drawings - layers created for plumbing and electrics

I have an existing detailed DWG CAD file for a single storey 3 bed 3 bathroom flat (attached).
I would like two additional layers to be created to show 1) electrics layout - sockets, switches, speakers etc and b) plumbing plan. See attached base file and hand written drawing notes with the rough locations. Once a first draft has been completed and sent over I will print on A2 (and return any comments) to adjust and final positions as needed.

Seeking someone who has prior experience of this type of construction drawings.

The output will be a returned .DWG file (with the two additional layers) plus two PDFs.
