2D CAD turned into 3D Sketchup model and inserted into 3D area model

Scope of Works
1. Take 2D drawings of a building in central London and convert to 3D model in Sketchup 2016. 2D data is in either PDF or DWG format.
2. Insert the 3D image in the correct place on a 3D area map within Sketchup, We have the 3D files for this.
3. Simplify the facade to show groups of windows to be confirmed to the sub-contractor by Reality Logic Limited
4. Supply all files.
The building consists of approx 12 floors.
All files and information supplied shall be subject to a standard Non Disclosure Agreement.
The chosen sub-contractor shall be required to sign a standard sub-contract
Works shall require completion ASAP.
If completed successfully then we shall ask the contractor to quote for at least two other jobs of a similar type.
