2D CAD Re-draw of 3 Elevations for Planning Validation

I require a professional re-draw/re-trace of three existing archive elevation drawings for a flat in a conservation area. This is to validate a planning application for like-for-like replacement of 4 x Velux windows. The original council archive plans were rejected for validation due to missing technical elements and copyright/clarity issues.

This is the task:

3 Drawings: Re-draw three existing elevations into a crisp, digital CAD format (scans will be provided as well as photos for clarity). The drawings were originals from the council's own archive but were also rather faint.

Correction: The old roofline plan incorrectly shows 5 Velux windows; there were actually only 4 added by the build stage, they need one taken out (this will be clear from provided photos).

Crop & Focus: Show my specific block and flat and the immediate adjoining block/neighbour to the right. They don’t need everything else on the current plans.

Validation Requirements - each drawing MUST include:
A Linear Metric Scale Bar for 1:100
A North Point (Property faces West)
Clear paper size label (e.g., "1:100 @ A3")

My Requirement: Must be a UK-based drafter familiar with UK planning validation standards, please.

Deliverables: PDF and .DWG files.

Timeline: Required within 3–5 working days.
