2d cad into sketchup 3d site model

Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 1 day or less
Turn the attached .dwg file into a workable SKETCHUP 3d model which can be edited for architectural purposes. Buildings are to be modeled with eaves and ridges that show they are a building mass.
The site is to be modeled using the site levels and NOT contours.
Buildings are to be added to a separate layer and separate components for ease of turning off.
PLEASE NOTE there is an os map overlayed on the topo survey to help model the surrounding buildings. When modeling the site the topo survey MUST be used.
The cad file does not come in 3D.
The final SketchUp file must work without me having to download any extensions or ruby scripts/libraries

To be done ASAP
