2D and 3D design of landscaping area from architect drawings

I'm looking for someone who can help me in translating documents given by an architect, to create a planting plan from.

Using the documents provided by the architect and engineers, a plan of the landscaping area needs drawing up in 2D and 3D Sketchup so I can produce a planting plan and write a specification.

I have limited knowledge in the area and so would appreciate any requests for further information. There are more files available.
