2d & 3d CAD design for an outdoor seating area at a school

I need an autocad drawing done of an outdoor area at a school where we are removing a swimming pool and turning it into an outdoor seating area.

I will supply sketch dimensions of the area, some initial ideas on design and photos.

I would like to find someone who is experienced at designing outdoor spaces as we do quite alot of this kind of work.

We are looking for someone who can put their own design ideas forward as well.

I have attached a photo and sketch of dimensions - more details will follow to the winning person!

If you can only do either the 2d or the 3d let us know any way as we can split the work up.

Ideally we would like initial ideas back this week on the 2d and next week for the 3d. We are thinking the 2d would be done for around £150-200 and the 3d for £200-300.
