2 x 3D Render of an office interior environment for telepresence

Looking for 3D office interior renders, for a telepresence room as seen in attached image. We will need to use it to put our technology into so it will need to have the tables and chairs but NO telepresence screens - just the room and furniture.

Please see the references for the room we are looking to replicate in the same style.

We are looking to get 2 versions of this room.
1 x version as it is in the image (room and furniture only, so without the Urben screen unit please)
and also
1 x version which is a smaller version of this room, same style of tables and room however that can seat only 6 people, so just 1 row of chairs.

If they could be supplied as a fully rendered image but also could we please have the working OBJs or STEP files afterwards that would be perfect.

Looking for this project to be completed asap, 2 days max please, 1 day is preferred.
