Design details: I am looking for someone to create an eye catching brochure to pitch a film at investors to raise capital for production. The brochure will be aimed at people with spare money to invest (high net worth) and interested in film. They will get a potential good return on investment and benefit from tax-free savings using the SEIS (seed enterprise investment scheme). So it is important the brochure says invest / lifestyle / film in its connotations as well as the text itself. The finished piece should be A4 in size and around 8 to 12 pages in size (self cover).

Extra notes: Some examples of how media is sold to investors is attached. The successful designer will be provided with text and imagery but they may also be free to utilise stock/library images.

High net worth people do not respond to amateurish brochures. It makes you look unprofessional. You will end up with rough looking brochures that make no use of space and no one will read it.
£60 is simply ridiculous. Wasting your money and ruining your brand. You should be looking to start around the £400 mark
Yes I know you will tell me you are getting loads of bids. Tell me after it prints what you think.
