Word document to A5 booklet for sending to printing company

I am looking for a freelancer to convert a Word document into an A5 booklet for printing. The document is 17 pages long and needs to be formatted correctly for printing. The freelancer should have experience with creating booklets and be able to deliver the final product in PDF format. The freelancer should also have good communication skills and be able to meet deadlines. The document is confidential, so I need exclusive rights to it once it is completed. Also, freelancer will need to come up with a design for the front cover which suits the content of the document. Final Document to be available in pdf and word format.
