Updating Mac Quark files from hardcopy

I have a full set of formatted Quark Xpress files for what I will call EditionA of a travel book

I have a printed hard copy of what I will call EditionB

EditionB is an updated version of EditionA with updates through the entire book, corrections, changes, updates and so on

I want to end up with a set of Quark files for EditionB

Previously I was planning to have all the copy typed and then we would reflow all the text here

I'm now considering that someone can work their way through the book and update the text in Quark (currently EditionA) as necessary so that the Quark files finish up as EditionB

Whether you do it word by word or decide to rekey all the text straight into the Quark files is your business, anyone Quark competent will be able to see the formatting from the existing EditionA files as well as the hard copy of EditionB

The job is ready to go, it's 406 pages of aprox 400 words per page, I attach a sample screen pdf of a section of the EditionA as a sample. The changes are fairly numerous and unmarked.

There's reasonable time to do this, price is low, sorry but I'm considering quotes from Asia so Mac Quark and enough English to manage the text changes
