Typesetting & Interior Book Design for Academic Trade Book (KDP)

I am seeking an experienced book designer/typesetter to prepare my manuscript for publication through Amazon KDP.

The manuscript is based on my a completed doctoral research and is currently in the final stages of review. It is an academic trade title aimed at international school teachers and educational leaders. The book combines research, practical strategies, case studies and classroom tools.

The manuscript is approximately 150 A4 pages and includes:

• Standard chapter text
• Some tables and charts
• Call-out boxes
• Writing frames and templates
• References and endnotes
• Front matter and back matter
• Occasional illustrations and graphics

I am looking for someone who can:

• Design a clean, professional interior layout
• Typeset the manuscript for a 7” × 10” (17.78 × 25.4 cm) trim size
• Ensure the book meets Amazon KDP print specifications
• Prepare files suitable for both print and ebook publication
• Create a consistent visual treatment for tables, writing frames and supporting resources
• Advise on any formatting considerations that will improve readability and usability

The audience is professional educators, so the design should feel credible, modern and highly readable rather than overly academic or textbook-like.
