Transform Existing White Paper into Final PDF

I have already created a complete 5-page A4 white paper concept including layout structure, imagery, content hierarchy, colour palette, branding and editorial flow.

I am looking for an experienced editorial designer to professionally refine, polish and productionise the document into a publication-quality PDF.

This is NOT a redesign project.

The existing concept should be treated as the design direction and foundation.

Requirements:

• Improve overall visual balance and spacing
• Refine typography hierarchy
• Improve alignment, margins and grid consistency
• Ensure consistent heading and subheading treatment throughout
• Refine image placement and cropping
• Improve visual flow between pages
• Ensure all pages feel like part of a single publication
• Improve use of whitespace
• Strengthen visual hierarchy where required
• Ensure the document feels premium, corporate and technically credible
• Maintain consistency of colours, logos and graphic elements
• Improve footer design and contact information presentation
• Refine callout boxes, pull quotes and information panels
• Ensure imagery complements the editorial content rather than dominates it

• Preserve all supplied manuscript text
• Do not rewrite or shorten content
• Use the supplied images and assets
• Maintain the existing page structure and overall design direction
• This is a clean-up, enhancement and professional finishing exercise rather than a new creative design project

The finished document should feel comparable to a professionally produced enterprise technology white paper or customer case study from organisations such as Intel, NVIDIA, Cisco, Advantech or BrightSign.
