Textual Edits to a Quark Express 2020 file

I need a designer with access to and experience with Quark.
I have a 375 page book of predominantly text.
I have 15 pages in a Word document listing textual changes throughout the book which simply need to be entered carefully and precisely.
The right person needs to be careful and systematic and precise.
The book is in English, so excellent English skills are required.
Attached is a sample of the Quark layout as a PDF, and a sample of the corrections required.
