Design details: I'm looking for someone to do a graphic representation of Sherlock Holmes. Either in silhouette or shadow complete with deer stalker and pipe (head to feet).
Ideally looking for one or two colour illustration supplied in an Adobe compatible format.
Image will be used in conjunction with typography as book/ebook cover. Not looking for anyone to do the cover design just an illustration.
Ideally like some initial concepts supplied before preparing final file. Quotation to include an estimate of how long it might take. No idea about rates so open to negotiation.
Kindly note: prefer proposals from artists with either a PPH portfolio/link to a portfolio or attached samples of previous work.
Ideas for the visual style: Hitchcock silhouette,
Things to avoid: vector style, cartoon, caricature, clip art
Where the design will be used: print, ebook
Extra notes: Looking for royalty free usage.
