Print layout and brochure design

I have created 3 x documents in Microsoft word it’s a art valuation document so I am looking for someone who can create something much more professional and streamlined than just a word document. Attention should be paid to keep the images uniform and the same sort of size just so its easier to read, When creating the document there are additional components such as the tile page, index page a summary valuation and a narrative text, these should all be included in the file output. Of course we wish to use our logo on the document but not so its massive and the pages should be numbered correctly in line with the page index.

The output will be a high res PDF document .

This is an ongoing process and the successful professional design can anticipate more work throughout the year,
