Print design for academic prospectus

Design for a 12-page prospectus for the Research Academy's MRS Advanced Certificate courses (https://research-academy.co.uk/courses/mrs-advanced-certificate-in-market-and-social-research/). The prospectus will describe our business and one of the courses we offer (in two variations). If this project goes well there will be a follow-up commission for a second prospectus. The contents will be ready in the w/c 27 May and we need to go to print as soon as possible, so speed is of essence.
I can provide: professionally edited prospectus text, CI guidelines, hi-res logo, fonts and a selection of photos that we own the rights to (Shutterstock). I would like to have a discussion about the suggested approach before the work starts, as well as a draft page to see the direction taken.
I haven't commissioned such work before so please give me an estimate of how many hours it would take.
