One Page InDesign file with Map & Office Locations

We are looking for the creation of a one-page Indesign file that contains a blue map ( HEX Colour #002639) of the UK and Ireland with the locations of the Underwoods offices plotted on it using the attached word document. Each marker point, coloured in yellow (HEX Colour #ffc700) should be numbered as we want it to correspond with the full address locations which will also need to appear on the page.

While we would prefer if the office address locations could be plotted around the map which is within the centre of the page, akin to the attached JPEG, this is not essential and we are happy with the locations being listed out either above or below the map.
