Notebook Interior page designs + Icon sets

We need the interior pages designed for dosage guide/ notebook that we will be selling via Amazon KDP.

This will be 5.5" x 8.5" size.

It's a 'low content' book with most pages being weekly trackers for dosage/ feedback.

The pages have been broken down for you and will have the copy ready to use. Will require formatting the content, icons and fields to fill out. Needs to be easy to read/ use.

We require the deliverable to be in an editable PDF format that we can add the cover/ back to without commercial usage limitations and to Amazon KDP spec.

We also require custom icons for use in book but also provided as PNGs for additional use by us afterwards without commercial limitations.

Deliverables:

Unique Page designs/ formats: 10-15

Icons: 20

This is for a brand focused on all natural cosmetics and edible products. So the theme/ style of the layout and icons should reflect this.

Looking to get the project started early next week.
