Newspaper/magazine designer

I am looking for a designer to design 15 pages a week, every week for our newspaper. Must be able to use existing indesign templates and update content and design from there. Should be able to work to tight deadlines. Will get content Tues/weds and be able to turn around by Thursday print deadline, with enough time for amends. Estimated time per page is around an hour. Wants someone who is good with headlines and can really bring a story out using clever design.
