Newspaper Advert design - half page

I am looking for a new freelance designer to outsource work to and am using this project as a trial run. Please only apply for this piece of work if:

1. You are interested in ongoing future work.
2. Are capable of design to a high-end (luxury) standard.
3. You have good communication skills and are friendly/prompt.
4. You are UK based. I will consider other nationalities but timezone and communication is very important to me.

The Project
I have a client who runs a restaurant and would like a half page newspaper advert. I will provide all the content including logo and a scanned layout of the advert, along with examples of previous work done for them.
