Need a 36 page document put together so i can edit.

I have purchased a guide for my estate agency of ETSY.

Its a 36 page listing presentation guide, however of course there will be a few amendments i want to make in design but mainly content.

I have the file for the guide to create it in photoshop etc however i do not know how to do it, so i am looking for someone to take this file, put it into the guide so i can then print/make changes.

then i need someone to put the changes onto this so i have a completed document please.
