Need 3 e-reports converting from PDF to ePub then submitting to major retailers

Experience Level: Intermediate
I have 3 reports all under 30 pages each.
They are all PDF format at the moment.
They need converting to ePub.
They need a basic cover designing or converting from the front page of the PDF into cover image. It has one image per cover. .
They need to be submitted to major online retailers (around 10 such as amazon, Barnes and noble, nook, iBooks etc etc list can be provided)
Needs someone who is well versed at submitting who can do it all quickly.
