Manual and Guide - Residential Lettings Manual Needed

Objective: The goal of this project is to consolidate multiple existing manuals (3-4 booklets) into one comprehensive manual with a modern digital design (we have all the written content). This involves taking all the written content from the current manuals (housing) and integrating them into a single cohesive document, ensuring consistency in formatting, style, and usability. The final product will be delivered as a digital file ready for distribution or print.

Scope of Work:

Content Review and Compilation:

Collect and review all the written content from the existing manuals.
Ensure that all content is up-to-date, relevant, and free of redundancies.
Organise the content logically for seamless flow and easy navigation.
Design and Layout:

Develop a clean, user-friendly digital layout that combines all manuals into one.
Maintain a consistent design style (fonts, colours, headings) across the entire document.
Include visual elements where necessary (e.g., diagrams, infographics, tables) to enhance clarity and engagement.
Digital Creation:

Use professional digital design software (such as Adobe InDesign, Canva, etc.) to create the manual.
Ensure the file format is compatible for digital use (PDF, ePub, etc.) and suitable for both online access and print distribution.
Quality Control:

Conduct thorough proofreading and editing to eliminate any errors in the final document.
Ensure the manual is fully navigable with linked sections (e.g., clickable table of contents) for ease of use in a digital format.
Deliverables:

Final consolidated manual in digital format (PDF or preferred format).
Source files for any future modifications or updates.
