Magazine front page cover

I'm after a bespoke front magazine cover that I need someone to help me create. on the cover it must contain;

1. I want the bus picture to be the back group as a header
2. the "London Buses" logo embedded faded nicely on the back ground
3. Red Arrow is to be the name and title of the magazine with a nice glossy bold finish, the same as the attachment but with a contemporary and modern look it.

I need it in illustrator with all editing rights so it will enable me to edit it as and when I need it.
