Magazine/ e-book layout creation

Design details: We are looking for a designer with imagination to create 5 digital magazine(s) / e-book(s) which will serve as travel guides for tourists.

Each guide will have 27 pages, including: Cover page, Table of Content page, Last page with references and the rest of the content.

We are in need of unique concepts and do not really look for the concept to repeat on each page or guide. Having the general structure of the guide repeat on each of the 5 magazines is allowed, but we prefer more a unique display for each magazine.

The final product must be pleasant to the eye, to have a finished touch and to be entertaining to read.
In the designer's task, beside creating the concept of the magazine, will be the content arrangement within the pages by the given structure.
For a 27 page magazine, we handle 13 pages of content(including Table of content page).

The final format for the magazine must be PDF, but editable to the simple user on the text areas (for the case when we decide to make changed in the text).
