Magazine Designer Layout Creator

We have an online digital magazine that launches on 1st Jan 2009 and we have decided to compliment this by producing a quarterly print magazine. The majority of the advertisers will already have artwork in place, so it is simply a matter of managing the artwork into a layout and designing the content pages. The magazine is planned to be 150 pages of which about a third will be editorial and content and will be given away to 30,000 consumers per quarter.

We need someone with design experience who can put the magazine together within the deadlines and has the creative flare to enable us to deliver an outstanding product. We anticipate that although this is a freelance position, a close long term collaboration will be formed.
