KICC 2026 partners booklet

We require a professionally designed partners booklet layout for KICC 2026 based on the attached content document. The booklet will be approximately 14 pages, full-colour, A5 landscape, print-ready, and should follow a clean editorial conference publication style. Attached is the current conference poster for an idea of the 2026 design themes and colours.

The designer should develop a cohesive visual identity aligned with the KICC 2026 theme colours and branding, ensuring strong typographic hierarchy, consistent grid layout, section dividers and high-quality professional imagery relevant to oncology, medical conferences, research, collaboration and the conference venue. Images should be high-resolution (300dpi) and suitable for print, with thoughtful placement to enhance readability and visual flow. The design should incorporate cover design, contents page, section headers, call-out boxes for sponsorship packages, iconography where appropriate and balanced white space to ensure the document reads clearly for sponsors and partners. All deliverables must include print-ready PDF (with bleed and crop marks), packaged source files (InDesign/Illustrator), and editable assets, suitable for commercial printing. Turnaround time is a maximum of 3 days, so the designer must be able to work efficiently and deliver a polished, publication-quality layout ready for printing.
