I need someone to create an appealing magazine ad for my company

Hi, I am posting a full page 285x350mm advert in a magazine, and need to create a smart-looking ad this week.

The magazine is distributed along tunbridge wells, which is a relatively well-off town, and the people that read it tend to be women in their 50s who are exactly my target market. I hate the term "ladies who lunch" but that is exactly that.

The ad is for my home care service. These women are usually the decision makers when it comes to organising care for their parents or parents in law. So the add needs to be appealing, smart, classy, but also warm and welcoming. I have done stuff on Canva before myself, but trying here to see if I can find someone used to high-end branding, that can deliver a clean /nice looking ad that will appeal to this target market.

The page is quite big, I want to maximise space - there are some key things I need to say, and I'm also thinking about including a small case study/story.
