I need my book formatting for print and ebook

Large (131,000 words) non-fiction book . (Kray twins history and tour-guide) Includes borders separating sections from the main text. Numerous footnotes to appear at the bottom of pages and 27 small monochrome pictures to appear at intervals throughout the book. I will need page numbers corresponding with a large contents section and clickable headings for the e book. I have a cover design (PDF) but it will need some alterations. Looking to launch on Amazon KDP - if you are also able to help with this - that would be a bonus. If not, formatting alone is fine. I have selected the 'hourly' option and am looking for a quote.
