I need an A4 ad for a scientific journal

Information for the business: we provide information to minerals engineers
Design details: The ad needs to highlight what we (MEI) do and should have a header that says something along the lines of "stay informed with MEI" and then goes on to list what we provide in order to stay informed:

It needs to be in black and white and be A4 sized. It must contain our logo (attached).

Extra notes: I have attached the ad we use now, which is hopelessly out of date and just bad!
