What is the magazine content about? And is that seriously all you're paying...? That's a lot of work for such little money...

You have no respect for all the professional designers and expert who try to offer their services here. The budget you proposed is an insult to those who'd worked hard to their level. You will never get a professional service with that budget. Have some respect.

Let me just get this right. You want a 'proffessional' magazine - a magazine- designed ror less than the cost or a cheap print shop business card.
You might want to seriously lower you expectations. Utterly riduculous
