I need a Magazine advert designed

Information for the business: Job Search Website for the Adventure Tourism Industry in New Zealand
Industry: Sports and Fitness
Design details: I am looking for someone to create a magazine advert for my small online business

My website is a job search website for people who work in the Adventure Tourism Industry, for example Guides and Instructors. www.adventurejobs.co.nz

The adverts dimensions I want to use are
4x1: 60mm wide x 40mm high

If you require any more details etc. please ask. I do not really have a logo as such just the header design on my website. I may look at a new logo in the future.
