Design details: I need a designer to create a 24 page magazine INCLUDING the cover and inside layout of an automotive magazine.

My Organization hosts an annual car show - we would like to make an annual magazine highlighting the Car/Bike Show and some of our activities and the team.
Target audience: Male and Female | Age between 14 and 30 | With a heavy interest in cars / bikes.
Number of pages needed: 24
Ideas for the visual style: Open - Light color background preferred (white) with black text.
Things to avoid: Avoid simple corporate looking designs. This magazine needs to appeal to the youth. Avoid bright colors and florescent colors.
Preferred colors: white silver yellow golden orange blue
Where the design will be used: Print
