I need a graphic designer to create 120 page book

Design details: I will need someone who can design a book for teachers. It has 120 pages (approximately). Front and back pages, color, with numbered pages, Table of Contents, cover, back cover, etc. (see example attached of design style)

I will provide design style and format. Your responsibility to import content to Indesign program. The content will be in Word document content and includes images. You will need to import and format text, import photography or artwork, and design with photography and graphics. YOU MUST BE GOOD IN ENGLISH (AMERICAN).
Target audience: All teachers from 20 - 65 years old.
Number of pages needed: 120
Paper Size: Letter size (8.5x11in)
Ideas for the visual style: see example, use photos and graphics related to quote
Preferred colors: see example
Where the design will be used: print book, to go in 3 hole punch binder.
Extra notes:
